Due to security evaluations, at times the network and security team will need to know how the Oceaview Solution communicates over the network. Please see the following diagram and important notes.

• The Gateway (blue device) needs access the Application server via UDP port 1700 for inbound and outbound communication
• The Gateway needs an IP Address on the local network
• They Gateway will need the IP address of the local Application Server to communicate.

The Gateway must be able to communicate from the Gateway, the blue device, to the server via UDP 1700 all the way including any firewalls, routers, etc.to reach the local Application Server.
