How to Select the Right Report #
Alerts Report: #
The Alerts Report provides you with all alarm events based on your selections below and will be based on the date range and monitoring point selections made. This report is useful if you would like to have a report for all alarms. The report will also include all alarm acknowledgments and comments made.
Calibration Report: #
A Calibration Report includes a table of the selected data loggers and specifically highlights data loggers that are past due for calibration, soon to be due for calibration, or in good standing based on the factory calibration date. The Calibration Report is dependent on the preset calibration interval determined by the user in Data Logger Settings. The report is delivered via Email as a PDF and can be viewed on DicksonOne.
Channel Report: #
A Channel Report compares the individual channels across the selected monitoring points. In this report variables such as Temperature, Relative Humidity, Differential Pressure, etc. can be compared across multiple monitoring points. For example, you can compare the temperature across multiple refrigerators in multiple locations. The report also contains Excursion events, Excursion Acknowledgments and Comments. The report is delivered via Email as a PDF and can be viewed on DicksonOne.
Alarm Coverage Report: #
An Alarm Coverage Report summarizes the weekly schedule of alarms configured for the selected monitoring points, and highlights any data loggers or channels for which no alarms have yet been configured. The report is delivered via Email as a PDF and can be viewed on DicksonOne.
Monitoring Points and Excursions Report: #
A Monitoring Point Report provides an overview snapshot of the selected monitoring points. The report contains Excursion events, Excursion Acknowledgments and Comments, User Annotations, a Monitoring Point Graph, and Summary Data. Users have the option to include a Daily Summary and/or Signature Line on the report. The report is delivered via Email as a PDF and can be viewed on DicksonOne.
This report is very popular for users that must meet 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
Tabular Report: #
A Tabular Report is a table of individual readings with their corresponding timestamps for the selected monitoring points. The Tabular report contains Alarm Excursion events, Excursion Acknowledgments and Comments. Though a Tabular Report is similar to an Export, it is delivered as a PDF instead of a CSV file. The report is delivered via Email and can be viewed on DicksonOne.
Tabular Reports can be very large –
The Tabular reports can contain a lot of data depending on the data that is collected and selected for the report. If you desire to manipulate the data in other ways we also offer Exports for your devices and account data. Exports are delivered as CSV files.
Daily Temperature Check Report: #
The Daily Temperature Check report provides a morning and afternoon reading (at times of the user’s choosing) as well as a Min and Max value for every day during the reporting period. Particularly useful for vaccine monitoring.
All reports can be viewed on DicksonOne in the event that a user does not receive the report via email or has lost it. Reports are also never deleted from the interface and can be downloaded from the interface or resent .
