Bluetooth data logger features: accuracy, connectivity and autonomy

Thanks to the Bluetooth technology in our data loggers, you can measure critical parameters such as temperature or humidity in real time, without needing direct physical access to the device. Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology enables data to be consulted remotely, via smartphone or tablet, and stored in the cloud to ensure traceability. Our Bluetooth Data Loggers are therefore particularly well suited to monitoring areas that are difficult to access or have a controlled atmosphere (GMP/GLP areas, cold rooms, etc.).

Our Atlas and Emerald models have an internal memory that gives them the capacity to record several thousand data points, with customisable measurement intervals. This makes them ideal for monitoring the cold chain, for example when transporting foodstuffs or sensitive vaccines at ultra-low temperatures. Slipped directly into the container thanks to their compact format, our Bluetooth data loggers can record temperature readings at regular intervals over a period of several days or even weeks, while leaving the container hermetically sealed. Thanks to Bluetooth, regular consultations via smartphone or tablet enable intermediate checks to be carried out, ensuring the safety of products throughout the logistics chain.

Compliance: certified, audit-ready Bluetooth data loggers

All our Bluetooth data loggers benefit from proven and recognised expertise in compliance. They are designed to meet the most demanding standards on the market:

  • 21 CFR Part 11 for compliance with FDA requirements (electronic signature, audit trail)
  • GxP for good laboratory and production practices
  • EN 12830 and HACCP for temperature monitoring devices in the transport and storage of sensitive foodstuffs
  • ISO 17025 / COFRAC for calibration and metrological traceability

Many of our pharmaceutical customers use a combination of Cobalt X and Emerald Bluetooth data loggers to monitor hospital refrigerators. A single Cobalt X can communicate via Bluetooth with multiple Emeralds strategically placed throughout your facility, centralizing data and sending it to the Cloud. From there, your teams can view the data, analyse it and, above all, manage any anomalies via our OCEAView platform. With its intuitive interface, automatic generation of audit reports and real-time alert management system, OCEAView simplifies the monitoring of your most sensitive products and helps you maintain the regulatory compliance required by your business.

The advantages of Bluetooth data logger: efficiency, security and traceability

Choosing a Dickson Bluetooth data logger means acquiring a reliable wireless temperature monitoring solution at the cutting edge of technology, which considerably reduces human handling and therefore the risk of error or contamination. Automatic synchronisation with OCEAView, real-time alerts generated when thresholds are exceeded, and centralized data ensure optimum traceability, even for the largest installations or the most complex supply chains.

Our Bluetooth Cobalt X, Atlas and Emerald data loggers are widely used in the pharmaceutical cold chain, clinical studies and the logistics of temperature-sensitive products, offering optimum protection, an excellent return on investment and, above all, guaranteed compliance.
