The manufacturer recommended calibration interval is 1 year from when the date on the calibration certificate. Always defer to your internal standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulators, accrediting body, or auditors for when your devices are required as some may be more or less often than the recommendation.

You must call in to receive an Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipping your device back to us.
