Where can I find my order status?
For new orders, most ship within 3-5 business days. For re-calibrations, orders are processed in ~1 week from the time the device is received at Dickson.
If you placed an order online, you can view your status on the [My Orders] page in your account.
If you placed an order via email or over the phone you can call 630.543.3747 or contact your salesperson for more information.
