The application may be running but will not open up when you get the message window displaying "This program is already running."- Go to the taskbar and see if you can open the DicksonWare window from there
- If not, go to the pointing arrow "^" up on the bottom right of the taskbar, right click on the DicksonWare icon and select Launch DicksonWare
