Logger(s) will not install

If the Receiver has installed and shows Connected, then please check the following: Make sure that the logger is off (on/off switch is slid to the left) until you are asked to turn it on after you click on Save Changes and Start. When you turn the logger on, it should blink red three times and then begin to blink red frequently while it communicates with the Receiver. If the logger does not blink at all, replace the batteries. If the logger blinks 3 times but then does not continue to blink afterward, you will need to do the following:

  1. Remove the logger case back by removing the two screws on the back of the case.
  2. Locate the white reset button located in the lower right quadrant of the board.
  3. Press and hold down the button for 3 seconds.
  4. Make sure your logger is off then click on Save Changes & Start.

Turn on your unit when instructed. The red LED should blink 3x and then blink rapidly until it is setup. If these steps do not work, please contact Technical Support.
