Verify or Purchase a DicksonOne Subscription

About DicksonOne Subscriptions

  • This article will cover on how to verify your subscription on DicksonOne if you purchase a yearly-compliant plan or how to purchase a subscription. 
  • A DicksonOne subscription will unlock all features which include alarms, custom sample rates (60-seconds, 5-minutes, etc.) and unlimited data storage on DicksonOne to view all historical data at anytime. 
  • DicksonOne subscriptions can be purchased as a pre-paid subscription plan or via credit card on DicksonOne.

  • By default, all new accounts are placed on a free basic subscription plan with no expiration, but with limited features. 

Verify Your Subscription on DicksonOne

Pre-Paid Compliant-Subscription Plans (1-year, 3-year, 5-year)

Log into your DicksonOne account and click on Manage > Billing

Current Subscription will be placed on the right and display the subscription’s details if a pre-paid plan is activated. 

If you do not see a subscription activated and purchased a pre-paid yearly-complaint plan (1-year, 3-year, or 5-year), please contact your sales representative.  

Opt-in to Monthly Credit Card Subscriptions

Log into your DicksonOne account and click on Manage > Billing 

If you want to subscribe to a monthly subscription via credit card, click Subscribe under Purchase a Monthly Subscription.

You will be charged based on the number of devices that are registered to your account, and the amount will be adjusted as you add or delete devices.
