Download Data Manually from a Device

DWE:

1. Make sure the device is connected to a power source.
2. Plug a USB stick into the port on the side of the device.
3. Press the small black button on the side of the device.
   1. A long button press will export ALL data from the device. A long press is when you hold the button until you see two double purple flashes.
   2. A short button press will export only the data since the last export.
4. You will see a new icon on the screen displaying an arrow pointing downward. This will remain lit throughout the download process.
5. Once the download is complete, the arrow icon will disappear.
6. At this point, it is safe to remove the USB stick to download the file on your computer in CSV format.

TWE/TWP/TSB Touchscreens:

1. Make sure the device is connected to a power source.
2. Plug the USB stick into the port on the device.
3. Select the Settings icon in the lower right corner of the screen.

TWE/TWP/TSB Touchscreens:

4. Make sure the device is connected to a power source.
5. Plug the USB stick into the port on the device.
6. Select the Settings icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
7. Select the USB icon on the left side menu.
8. Select the Save to USB button.
9. Select CSV (All channels) to download all data on the device.
10.  A pop-up will alert you that the data is saving. DO NOT remove the USB stick while this message is onscreen.

Once the download is complete a new message will appear saying "Data saved successfully". At this point it is safe to remove the USB stick to download the file on you computer.
